SSRCx, the commissioning division of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., recently secured a contract with Crescent Resources, LLC for the provision of LEED facilitation services for seven office buildings located in the Cool Springs area.

SSRCx will be responsible for facilitating the LEED-EB O&M certification process for more than 1 million sq. ft. While many of the buildings have already attained Energy Star certification, the firm will also provide energy auditing services.

The project will conclude in the fourth quarter of 2010.
