NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Smith Seckman Reid’s commissioning subsidiary, SSRCx, LLC, welcomes Jacob Halcomb, Colleen Smith, Randall Dean, Robert Langford and Adam England to its staff.
Halcomb and Smith join the firm as project managers, helping with LEED facilitation and sustainability. Smith is responsible for the management of commissioning and LEED contracts for the Lee Memorial Health System and Sarasota County, two prominent SSRCx clients.
Prior to joining SSRCx, Halcomb served as a managing partner for Group Six Consulting in Atlanta.
He was previously on the board of directors for the Georgia chapter of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Emory University in Atlanta.
Prior to joining SSRCx, Smith served as the project manger for Energy Systems Group in Clearwater, Fla.
She is active in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), where she has served as chapter president and chair member for the society. Smith holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Orleans.
Dean, Langford and England join SSRCx as commissioning agents for the firm, helping to construct Cx plans.
Dean is a member of ASHRAE, and received his Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville.
Langford is a member of ASHRAE, and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville.
England holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville.
