We have a strong family tree. Established in 2000, SSRCx is a division of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., an engineering design and facility consulting firm with 40-plus years of experience in health care, sports and entertainment, institutional and municipal projects.
Owners and managers look to SSRCx to assist them in achieving facility systems that are designed and installed in a quality manner and perform as required by the owner and occupants and according to accepted green building practices. We earn our clients´ confidence by delivering reliable service, evidenced by 80 percent of our business coming from repeat clients.
Clients engage our Sustainable Solutions Group, a team of LEED® accredited professionals, to help make their buildings ecologically sustainable by using LEED procedures to increase energy efficiency and worker productivity, thereby improving our customers´ bottom lines.
Our team is currently engaged in, or has completed, more than 120 LEED commissioning projects and more than 50 LEED facilitation projects. We are also helping other clients who are not pursuing certification, but want to reduce energy and water consumption, while cutting waste and overall pollution output.
